The Atrium Leadership Programme

Curious about developing your leadership capacity and engaging in shared learning with peers from different firms and organisations?

You are invited to attend our free preview session that will introduce 'The Atrium Leadership Programme’: a powerful peer learning and development programme for leading solicitors, facilitated in a confidential setting.

This session will provide an overview and insight of the programme and will bring together leading solicitors in a unique setting to make connections that may not have been made otherwise.

‘The Atrium Leadership Programme’ will invite participants to share thoughts, challenges and aspirations as well as offer questions, options or potential solutions in a mutually supportive and fully confidential peer learning environment.

There will be opportunities to share ideas with Russell Borland and Thomas Chalmers, Partners and Executive Coaches of Leading Figures, a coaching consultancy that works with exceptional leaders in the legal, financial and professional services sectors.

The Atrium Leadership Programme is intended to accelerate learning, development and growth of leading solicitors in areas such as leadership, staff challenges, culture and diversity, communication, driving change and how best to manage relationships with board members and other key stakeholders.

Why should I attend?
