    Simon Allison leads the Blackadders' Employment Law team. He has specialised in employment law for over 10 years with a particular focus on contentious matters. Simon regularly appears before Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, predominately for employers. He also gives advice in relation to a wide variety of employment law issues, including social media, and is involved in providing employment law training for managers and HR professionals across the UK. Simon is a member of the Employment Law Group and the Employment Lawyers Association.

    Andrew Wallace is a solicitor in the employment team at Blackadders. Andrew has a focus on both contentious and non-contentious matters for both employers and employees. Andrew participates regularly in employment law seminars and training events on all aspects of employment law. Andrew has developed a particular interest in social media and he has established a style that translates complicated legal matters into information that is easily understood by clients.
