Subcortical Surgery Group 4th Annual Meeting

Dear Colleagues:

On behalf of the Subcortical Surgery Group leadership team, I would like to formally invite you to attend the 4th Annual Meeting of the SSG, July 21-22, in Boulder, Colorado.

The Subcortical Surgery Group (SSG) is a user group dedicated to optimizing minimally invasive corridor surgery to the subcortical space through clinical and scientific collaborative research and technology applications. Our vision is to continually improve safe and effective treatments for patients with subcortical brain pathology.

Over the past three years, the SSG has made steady progress in presenting new technologies, techniques and clinical evidence on the integrated surgical approach. Because of your commitment, there is growing clinical evidence to support the evolving change in neurosurgery. The integrated surgical approach now has more than 34 clinical papers, posters and abstracts offering validation on improved clinical outcomes.

The theme of this year's meeting is "Modernizing Subcortical Surgery: A Focus on Clinical Outcomes." Our agenda is very diverse, with presenters sharing published evidence and their experiences on these areas:

- ENRICH: A Randomized Controlled Trial for ICHs
- Tissue Differentiation Using Fluorescence Guided Surgery
- Laser Interstitial Termal Therapy
- Minimally Disruptive Approaches in Pediatric Neurosurgery
- Modern Approaches in Brain Biopsy
- How to Improve the Molecular
- Meeting the New Healthcare Economic Threshold

This will be an interesting and fascinating meeting. Please take a look at the meeting agenda at the top of the page. More than 17 speakers will be presenting this year, including neurosurgeons, neurologists, oncologists, and hospital administrators.

We hope you will consider attending as a guest of the SSG. There is no cost to attend and the SSG subsidizes up to $400 for airfair and covers the cost of the hotel accommodations and meals for the duration of the event for the first 85 registrants. Please register today by clicking on the New Registration button at the top right of this page.
