Bio
After graduating from Florida State University, she developed her career as a non-profit executive. Her first job out of college was with the Florida Press Association, which is the trade association for newspapers. She worked there for 9 years while the organization grew from a small annual budget of just over $500,000 to an enormous $42 million. Ricki then became the Co-Executive Director to two national dental non-profits. During her ten-year tenure with the National Association of Dental Laboratories and the National Board for Certification Ricki launched a non-profit foundation and spearheaded a $1 million fundraising campaign. In 2011 Ricki became the President and CEO of the L.D. Pankey Dental Foundation, which is housed in The Pankey Institute on Key Biscayne, FL. She is honored to be part of such a prestigious community of dentists who are committed to life-long learning and giving.
