1979 NYUCD grad, GPR, provate practice, Instructor P/T @ NYUCD, hospital staff at Maimonides Hospital, Southside Hospital, then Brandon Regional Hospital. Private practice first in Brooklyn and Bay Shore NY, then Sarasota, then Brandon, FL. Moderate sedation permit for IV conscious sedation, 300+ hour maxi course in implant dentistry from Medical College of Georgia and AAID, 600 hour comprehensive dental program from University of Florida. Treating patients ages 1 to 97 comprehensively, including endodontic therapy, Invisalign, implants, no prep veneers, Teeth In A Day implant surgery and hybrid restoration.

Course Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by AGD on or before 5 p.m. CDT May 7, 2018.
