Officer Training Corps. In 1986, he graduated with a BS in Marketing and headed to Pensacola, Florida. After earning his wings in 1988, he was stationed at the Naval Air Station in Whidbey Island, WA to fly the EA-68 Prowler. Mike was deployed to fly 22 successful missions during Operation Desert Storm where great leadership skills were critical to the survival of his team. After embarking on a successful career teaching leadership skills at Cysco, Mike ?fell? into a career in the dental community where he found an avenue to apply and hone his leadership skills even further to create a successful leadership philosophy that has served to inspire passion, increase revenues, and the development of new strategies to ignite teams to achieve more. Mike has held the position of General Manager in a dental supply company, National Sales Director with a dental manufacturing company specializing in advancing technology, and the position of International Sales Director for a world- renowned dental company.
