Bio
Zola A. Makrauer, DMD, maintains a full-time practice in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, is a part-time clinical instructor at the Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry, as well as a Straumann faculty lecturer. In addition, he speaks nationally and internationally on practice management and implant restorative dentistry.

Course Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by AGD on or before 5 p.m. CDT May 7, 2018.
