Bio
A native of Wyoming, graduated from the University of Wyoming, was commissioned in the U.S. Navy and graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He established the Orofacial Pain Specialty for the Navy Dental Corps and served as the first Specialty Leader for Temporomandibular Disorders and Orofacial Pain. He is currently the Chairman of the Comprehensive Dentistry and Biomaterials Department at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry.
