There’s no question that technology has drastically changed dentistry in recent years. However, the expense and the closed formats of existing options in digital dentistry have prevented mass adoption within the average general practice. This course aims to expose participants to emerging technologies that can drastically increase efficiency and lower costs, as well as discuss free, open-source software that enable them to do it all in house.

Learning objectives:

• Learn methods of affordably digitizing all the current workflows within the office.

• Learn new options that are available for in-house fabrication of prosthesis.

• Appreciate how free software can be utilized to produce crowns, bridges, abutments, and wax ups entirely in-house.

• Understand the application of digital dentures and the current material options.

• Learn how to fabricate stereo lithic surgical guides from start to finish.
