Intraoral osseous choristomas are relatively rare entities. They occur primarily in the tongue but also in other oral soft tissues. One such case is presented along with a brief review of these lesions. After attending this presentation, the dentist will know some of the signs and symptoms of these lesions along with possible etiologies and treatment of the lesions.

Objectives:
Learn some of the signs and symptoms of the intraoral osseous choristoma.
Learn the proposed etiologies and treatment of these lesions.
