FLTD2: Peroxides for Biofilm Management
Credits: 3
Session Type: Lecture
Fees: $75.00
Audience: D, H, A, S
Patients struggle with gum disease because toothbrushes, mouth rinses and floss don't penetrate, and antibiotics have limited effects on pathogens. Prescription tray delivery of a low concentration of hydrogen peroxide gel may give patients the opportunity to arrest the disease. This course reviews the science, case-study application, implementation and revenue potential of the tray therapy.
