Treatment planning of complex cases requires the highest levels of knowledge and skill from the treating team. It is the orchestration of procedures, including proper sequencing and timing, that makes the difference. Envisioning the final case before starting is a necessary step for directing treatment. This, in conjunction with the patients needs and clinical situation, comprise the decision-making process for the best treatment for the patient.

Objectives:
Become familiar with implant placement protocols.
Should implants be placed immediately or be delayed?
Should multiple implants be placed in the esthetic zone?
Make complex treatment plans, including pink ceramic or ridge augmentation.
Learn how and when to use provisional restorations throughout treatment.
