Phlebotomy Assessment Exam

Registration for the assessment exam is mandatory for acceptance into the program and your application is not complete until you have successfully passed the assessment exam.
Assessment exams are given on a monthly / bi-monthly basis throughout the year. However registration to sit for an exam is on a first come first serve basis and a maximum of 40 applicants will be scheduled for any assessment day.
Please keep the following in mind:
  • You must bring your CPR Card
  • You must bring a valid photo ID (State of CA driver's license or ID card) with you on your testing day.
  • You will need to bring either a pen or pencil for the exam.
  • Make sure to arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your exam time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after registering here, but the admissions department will also contact you with further details.
