Whether you are new to exporting or a seasoned exporter, it is your responsibility as the exporter to be aware of and comply with all U.S. government regulations which do change periodically. Export compliance requirements should be an important component of your export efforts. During this session, our speakers will review the five required questions to ask each of your international clients prior to export and tools to minimize your company's risk including assurance of correct HS code classification for your products.
