The foodservice industry is changing. The operator/supplier relationship is moving from buyer-seller to a more collaborative effort, and a new approach and a new skill set is needed to be successful. IFMA wants to provide you and your organization the tools to succeed in this environment.
This one-day group training will provide:
- Foodservice manufacturers with the insights, process and resources necessary to build collaborative win-win plans with key account customers
- Operators the ability to more effectively tap into the value supplier partners can provide
Through interactive workshops and case studies powered by the industry’s best practice – The Operator Collaboration Model – as a foundation, participants will learn a new approach to selecting customer partners that represent the greatest value and opportunity. This unique method will help successfully identify and execute these joint initiatives.
Additionally, attendees will hear an operator’s perspective from Jeff Amoscato, Vice President Supply Chain & Menu Innovation at Shake Shack, as he provides insight into what makes a “great” supplier relationship.
Success in the new foodservice world requires a new approach. Challenge how you do business today and become a champion of chains in your organization.
