David is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law and Commercial Mediation. He supports a varied practice including employment, licensing law, immigration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He advises businesses, public sector organisations and individuals on both contentious and non contentious employment matters. He is also an accredited and practising mediator. With significant experience of a wide range of areas of litigation, he is active in resolving employment, personal and commercial disputes outside of the courts.

Stuart provides advice and assistance to businesses in relation to the Tier 2 Sponsorship process and is recognised for his expertise in working with software and technology companies who are experiencing skill shortages. He also has extensive experience working with Tier 1 entrepreneurs who are looking to establish their businesses in the UK. Further, Stuart deals with private client immigration matters and can advise on any application for Leave to Remain.
