Global Biobank Week
 

Specific terms for Global Biobank Week 2017


Registrations to the Global Biobank Week are to be made online, via the conference website. We do not accept registrations by email, by mail or by phone.

The registration fees depend on the date of the registration. The registration is confirmed only if the payment is received before the deadlines above; otherwise a higher registration fee will be applied. The indicated prices are per person.

Pre-registrations will close on September 12th, 2017 at 24.00 (GMT + 1.00). On-site registrations will be available from September 13th 2017.


The conference registration fee includes:

- admission to the congress sessions, to the poster areas and to the technical exhibition

- congress documents (final programme, congress bag)

- lunches and coffee breaks

No badge will be given before the reception of the payment.


STUDENT REGISTRATION 

Following their registration, students should provide by by e-mail (gbw@clq-group.com) or by fax (+33 1 44 64 15 16) a photocopy of a valid student ID that proves their undergraduate student status, otherwise a higher registration fee will be applied.  

REGISTRATION OF DELEGATE FROM MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRY

Following their registration, delegates from middle income countries should provide by by e-mail (gbw@clq-group.com) or by fax (+33 1 44 64 15 16) a photocopy of a valid professional certificate that proves their working address, otherwise a higher registration fee will be applied.

 REGISTRATION OF DELEGATE FROM LOW INCOME COUNTRY

Following their registration, delegates from low income countries should provide by by e-mail (gbw@clq-group.com) or by fax (+33 1 44 64 15 16) a photocopy of a valid professional certificate that proves their working address, otherwise a higher registration fee will be applied.

PAYMENT 

Registration should be paid online by by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Transaction will be processed through the account of Colloquium Paris (GBW Organizing Secretariat). Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate that you made the payment to "17-GBW - CLQ".

CONFIRMATION 

A confirmation of your registration will directly be acknowledged by email. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact gbw@clq-group.com or call +33 1 44 64 15 01.

Exhibitor registrations will not be confirmed by email. Exhibitors will have access to their participants' list via their personal portal.


VAT 

VAT is not applicable for congress registration.

 
INVOICE 

Only a digital version of the invoice will be sent to participants. Please make sure you provided the correct billing information during your registration, as the invoice cannot be changed after the payment. In case of any enquiries, please contact gbw@clq-group.com.


CANCELLATION POLICY

All request of cancellation must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) to:

Until July, 15th: Reimbursement of the 50% of the amount you paid. If we have not received any payment before the cancellation, the amount will still remain due. 

After July, 15th: No refund. If we have not received any payment before the cancellation, the entire amount will remain due. 

 All refunds will be issued after the congress. 

NAME CHANGE

Registered participant who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant in their stead. Please note that name changes constitute a new registration.
