Leaders Assembly 2012

CAMP TRANSFORMS LIVES.
             YOU CAN TRANSFORM CAMP.

Join over 500 of the brightest, most creative minds devoted to Jewish overnight camp at Leaders Assembly 2012.  Together, we’ll be inspired to REACH BEYOND THE BUNK, exploring new areas of growth for our camps, our communities, and the entire field.

We are pleased to present Nancy Lublin, CEO of DoSomething.org and founder & former executive director of Dress for Success, who will deliver a dynamic keynote address on bringing creativity and inspiration to our organizations each and every day.

Leaders Assembly 2012 will also include a rare plenary experience—a panel moderated by Dr. Charles “Chip” Edelsberg of the Jim Joseph Foundation, featuring President Richard M. Joel of Yeshiva University, Rabbi David Ellenson of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, and Chancellor Arnold M. Eisen of Jewish Theological Seminary. Learn more in our program highlights section.
Rae Ringel, nationally known facilitator, will lead a revamped, exciting new program with plentiful networking opportunities that puts YOU at the center of the conference. Facilitator-led sessions will enable you to learn from both industry experts and your peers about the issues that matter most to your camp and community.

Additionally, we invite you to a tribute dinner honoring outgoing chairman Skip Vichness for his service to the Foundation for Jewish Camp. We will also commemorate Surprise Lake Camp and Tamarack Camps, who are each celebrating their 110th summer, and will be recognizing key community camp supporters.

Leaders Assembly presents an unparalleled opportunity to experience and leverage the buzz surrounding Jewish camp. Join us for what will be a profound experience of learning, sharing, and networking.
