HLC’s annual conference provides the opportunity for a diverse and influential group of higher education professionals to discuss current issues and recommended practices by participating in educational workshops and programs. It is among the largest events of its kind in higher education, and it continues to grow.

The Exhibitor Program responds to high attendee demand for a carefully selected representation of companies and organizations that focus on serving the higher education community. Ways to Participate

  • Choose from selected opportunities to gain exposure as a sponsor.
  • Purchase a 10' x 10' booth in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Host a Showcase Presentation.
  • Place an advertisement in the program book.

Benefits of Participating

  • Back by popular demand: An ice cream social for all conference participants will bring hundreds of attendees into the Exhibit Hall for an additional opportunity to visit exhibitors’ booths.
  • More than 22 hours of networking and exhibition time.
  • Exhibiting companies’ name, booth number and product information accessible on the HLC annual conference website.
  • 50 percent discount on four (4) General Program registrations.
  • Complimentary lunch for four (4) booth staff members and a designated table at the Pathways Workshop luncheon; $50 for each additional booth staff member (up to six).
