Effective Utility Management Workshop
The Joint Utility Management Committee is hosting a workshop covering the Effective Utility Management (EUM) Practical Tools for Utility Leaders. Participants will play Wateropolis, an interactive budget simulation tool that uses the industry's EUM framework to prioritize an organizations values for delivering water.
