Are you confident when dealing with difficult clients? Want to learn how to interact with a variety of different people?

This seminar has been developed to give new lawyers an insight into how best to handle clients.

No matter what area of law you are practising in you will come into contact with clients. Whether your clients are corporate, members of the public or represent organisations, it is important that you understand how to interact with them.

You will learn tips to ensure you approach your client in the correct manner, know how to understand your client’s situation and how to deal with difficult clients.

This seminar will explore a variety of situations giving examples of how to approach different clients and understand the needs and requirements of each client.
