The 63rd annual IFMA Gold & Silver Plate Awards enables the industry to honor the nation's top operator talent. Annually, through a rigorous jury process, IFMA grants Silver Plate Awards in up to nine operator categories and honors one winner with the prestigious Gold Plate Award on the night of the Celebration.
Following last year’s sold-out event, this year will once again be held on Saturday night in Chicago’s West Loop – the hot spot of the city. The celebration is the party of the year and affords the perfect opportunity to entertain operator customers.
Often called "The Academy Awards of Foodservice," the Gold & Silver Plate Awards have been considered one of the industry's most prestigious honors since its creation in 1954.
Cocktail Reception: 5:30pm
Dinner and Awards: 6:30-8:30pm
Attire: Formalwear encouraged
