Bio
Robby Beau is Managing Director of US Global Trade Service for FedEx Express. Robby oversees the FedEx import clearance activities for all points of entry into the United States. Robby also manages U.S. regulatory carrier compliance for FedEx Express. His organization works collectively with trade associations and U.S. government agencies in the development and implementation of new air cargo regulatory requirements designed to meet the U.S. twin goals of security and trade facilitation. Robby is an active representative on various Trade & Government Committees: Co-Chairman / Air Cargo Security Information and Targeting Group (Department of Homeland Security); Trade Ambassador (CBP Trade Support Network); Customs Advisory Group (CUSAG); & Express Association of America (EAA).

Robby’s charge also includes providing regulatory expertise for FedEx Express customers and internal support groups such as Marketing, Legal, Sales and Operations. Additionally, he directs specialized service offerings such as Customized Process Accounts Program which is a premium service offered to FedEx international customers tailored to meet their specific import commodity requirements, ITAR and EEI just to mention a few.

Robby has thirty+ years of express experience. Robby earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
