Donnie Hall joined the Johnson City Power Board in 2013 as the Safety Manager. His key responsibility areas are Safety, Security, and Training. Prior to that, Donnie spent 21 years in the construction industry working for Fluor Corporation, where he spent the last 5 focused on Safety Training. Donnie is a Certified Boat Instructor through NSBC and certified scuba diver.
