SUMMARY Ms. Benigni more than 20 years of professional experience in Environmental Emergency/Disaster Response and Recovery services including infrastructure damage assessments, FEMA and Insurance disaster project claims and subsequent required audits per State, Federal (Office of Inspector (OIG), and FEMA) requirements. As President of Disaster Program & Operations, Inc. (DP&O) 2015, she developed a process to track response and recovery costs using forensic accounting methodologies maintaining all FEMA required pre-disaster to post disaster/ recovery costs records and supporting submittals, aiding business continuity. She formed and developed the concept of combining a National Incident Management software with Disaster Claims Management to offer a robust, scalable, cloud based solution to track response to recovery costs with all supporting FEMA/Federal required documentation in any disaster/terrorist event. Her company represents the Mississippi Utilities Managers association promoting a Regional Response and Recovery plan with Emergency Operation Procedures for Incident management, Response, Damage Assessments, Emergency Costs Documentation and Recovery.
