QLD - 12 Steps to Improve Your Donor Experience

This professional development opportunity will provide you with steps for you to improve your donor experience.

Providing an extraordinary experience for our donors is our goal, but what are our donors actually experiencing?

Sometimes we are a “little too close” to our own organisations in order to give an objective assessment of the donor experience. Often times we do not shop the competition to see what other charities offer.

Stephen Mally MFIA CFRE will present the Top 12 Lessons Learned Mystery Shopping Your Organisations to enlighten us what he has witnessed in the following:

  •  Gift giving experiences.
  •  Donor care activities.
  •  Re-solicitation and upgrade processes.
  •  Acquisition practices.

A fundraiser of nearly 3 decades, and a mystery shopper in the Australian nonprofit sector for the past 6 years, Stephen has learned from donating to organisations like yours and he wants to share those first-hand experiences with you. Some of the experiences are best practice, while others may horrify you. All of the experiences offer insight into lessons learned. H
ave you heard Stephen speak about mystery shopping prior or read his articles in Fundraising & Philanthropy Magazine or other publications? This all new content is not to miss.

Key learnings you'll get from for this session:

  1. Evidence about scary donor experiences that organisation should avoid
  2. Suggestions for you to consider for better donor care activities
  3. Recommendations for donor re-solicitation and upgrading practices
  4. Take-away steps for you to improve your donor experience

This event is designed especially for fundraisers, fundraising leaders and not for profit leaders who want to provide a better giving experience for their donors.

An opportunity for networking will be provided, alongside a delicious breakfast. So, don't miss out, register today!
