Colonel Foley retired after a 31 year career in which he distinguished himself as a US Army Infantry Officer from June 1984 to October 2016. He served in Germany during the Cold War, Desert Shield/Storm as a Bradley Company Commander, Iraqi Freedom, and Afghanistan. He concluded his service as Deputy Chief, Special Plans Working Group, J5, United States Central Command, MacDill Airforce Base, Florida. COL (R) Foley was recalled to active duty while serving as President/CEO of US based high security Division of DHL. His security career includes service with SecurityLink from Ameritech, Honeywell, and Stanley Security Systems. He has worked on Security Projects with Missile Defense Agency, NASA, TVA, Veterans Administration, and US Army Corps of Engineers. He has also extensive Telecom experience having worked as Sales Director at BellSouth and Regional Sales for SBC.
