Florence Buckner has been a law enforcement professional with TVA for over 25 years. She performs the following duties:  Conducts criminal investigations in conjunction with or as assistance to TVA Police Investigations Unit, to include, theft, vandalism, workplace violence, etc.  Assesses and analyzes risks posed to assigned TVA facilities and performs physical security assessments  Conducts inspections of worksites and facilities for compliance with regulatory requirements  Serves as liaison with state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies for the purpose of sharing and gathering intelligence
