The Operator Collaboration Model (OCM) is a best practice model for improved collaboration between manufacturers and chain operators developed by a committee of practitioners from both communities. The model provides a framework to classify and segment operator-supplier relationships and provides a best practice approach in corporate-to-corporate planning.
Through this interactive one-day group training session filled with new insights, workshops and case studies, participants will learn how to select partners that represent the greatest value and opportunity.
Learn how this new thinking and set of tools can change how to approach and manage key account business, and for operators, how to better manage supplier partners.
