Exhibitor IMPORTANT Steps

NOTE:
Exhibitors will be supplied with a 8' X 30" table, draped and skirted, along with 2 chairs.

Garbage cans will be available throughout the Exhibit Hall.

  1. Click here to register for the conference. This will allow you to register each person staffing your table top and/or Workshop and to reserve a hotel room. Every person entering the Exhibit Hall must have a name badge to enter.

  2. Complete the required Exhibitor Forms for any incidentals you may need for your booth by clicking on the following links. This includes power for your Table Top and AV needs for your Workshop. Once a table has been assigned, we will put an Exhibit Hall map (see Exhibit Hall tab) on the Website. 

  3. The Sheraton Grand Phoenix is no longer able to take in shipments from Exhibitors due to lack of storage space. We will be utilizing a drayage company, Brede Exposition Services, who also supply our tables and poster boards. They will reach out to each Exhibitor with shipping information and will deliver all of your boxes to the Exhibit Hall and your table. Click here to download the Brede Services Manual.

  4. Badge Scanner Info - You can order a badge scanner during REGISTRATION or click here - To order a scanner without registering. Our new scanners allow you to download all your leads every day on to your laptop. Order now for $299.00 and save or during the Conference for $350.00.
