The next OCTA 14th Ministerial Conference will be held in Brussels, Belgium on Thursday 25 February 2016.
The theme of the 14th ministerial gathering will be: ‘OCTA’s strategy and governance post-2015: increasing OCTs’ relevance as a constructive partner for the European Union’.
During the Ministerial Conference, we will try to explore the following issues: the governance of OCTA, partnering with the EU in order to strengthen climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies and enhancing growth and investment opportunities in the OCTs.
The 14th edition of the Forum will take place over the course of one day on Friday 26 February 2016 and will focus on a political dialogue between OCT political leaders, representatives of Member States and the European Commission. Two roundtables will build upon discussion held during the Ministerial Conference regarding the topics on climate change and growth and investment opportunities.
Both the Ministerial Conference and the Forum will be held at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel, Rue du Parnasse 19, 1050 Brussels. The trilaterals will be held at the Commission’s premises on Rue de la Loi 41 in Brussels.
