 Open data is currently a hot topic, with the growing realisation that all areas of government are going to have to re-think the how, when and why of published data sets.

The Open Data workshop in Wellington, co-hosted by ALGIM and SOLGM, is aimed at a Local Government audience. 

The workshop will walk participants through:

·        Business and community needs

·        Council needs

·        An open data strategy to change thinking or remove barriers that may exist.
