The NASA STEM Educator Professional Development Collaborative at Texas State University is providing a 1-hour webinar.

Explore STEM on Station where NASA is celebrating the "One Year Crew" and their year-long mission to the International Space Station (ISS). This webinar will also explore NASA STEM online resources, lesson plans, videos and up-to-the minute education news, while integrating the NGSS, to discover how to bring space into your classroom.

Brandon has 16 years of experience as a teacher and leader in STEM Education.  He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Middle Grades Science Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership & Administration with certifications for Principal and Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction.  Brandon became an Education Specialist with NASA in 2009.  He is now a faculty member of Texas State University and is the Educator Professional Development Collaborative Education Specialist at NASA Johnson Space Center.  He is responsible for designing and conducting professional development workshops, modeling best practices for culturally responsive teaching, and developing digital badges for online courses.  Brandon collaborates with state and local education agencies in the JSC region of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Colorado, South Dakota, & North Dakota.
