WA - Planning for success in 2016

Now is the time to review 2015 and plan your strategies and programs for 2016.

Regardless of whether your organisation runs a calendar year or financial year planning cycle, this interactive workshop will help you to focus your planning for next year and to determine which fundraising strategies might be best for you and your organisation.

This very practical hands-on session is relevant for small and large organisations and for fundraisers with all levels of experience. So bring your organisation’s Strategic Plan with you (if you have one) and any plans you already have in place. We’ll work in whole group and small group activities to identify what sorts of plans you need and how to develop, implement and evaluate your plans.

You will leave with templates and strategies to help you plan for a successful year ahead.
