1. Order a number of registration online

Place your order for a number of registrations (at least 10 persons) before June 2nd online:

*All registrations in these categories will have to provide a proof of status.

2. Special fees for up to 50 registrations

Order 50 registrations or more, we offer you 5 additionnal registrations!
Order 100 registrations, we offer you 10 additionnal registrations! 
Order 150 registrations, we offer you 15 additionnal registrations! etc.

Reduction will not apply automatically. Please do not include the offered registrations in your order. They will be added to your order after validation.

Reduction will be applied on the least expensive category of your order.

3. Check your mailbox and pay your invoice

Your invoice will be downloadable at the end of the online form or in the confirmation email sent a few minutes after your online order.
You can pay the invoice by credit card online (Visa or MasterCard) or by wire transfer within 2 weeks.

4. Manage your participants: Send us your list, we deal with the rest!

Once you placed your order, an Excel file will be sent to you by email.
Please fill in it with your participants details and send it us back before June 9th.
It is important we receive an email address for each participant.

We register your participants and send them a confirmation by email with their personal access codes and important details about the venue.
They will be able to log in to their registration and buy online some options (insurance, congress dinner, accompagnying person, etc).
In this email, they will also receive their printable barcode, which will allow them to pick up their access badge at the congress beginning.

Your participants will be able to pick-up their badges individually, from Saturday June 24th at Welcome desk of congress venue in Paris Porte Maillot, upon presentation of their personal barcode received by email.

Cancellation policies

A name change can be done for free before June 2nd by email: contact@ifosparis2017.org
 After this date, name change will not be possible anymore. You will have to proceed to a cancellation and new individual registration.

Cancellations of your order (or part of your order) should be notified in written form by email: contact@ifosparis2017.org
Before April 29th: Cancellations will be refunded from 50%
From April 29th: No refund will be done. If we have not received any payment before the cancellation, the entire amount will remain due.
All refunds will be issued after the congress.

Advantages for you:

- You fill in only ONE online form

- You receive ONE global invoice for all your participants

- If you book your places before February 28th, you can benefit from early bird and send us your participants details later

- Once your order has been validated, send us your participants details by email (fill in our Excel file with their name, address, email, etc)

- You can make name changes for free until June 16th (last deadline to send us participants details)

- We proceed to registrations for you and send your participants a confirmation email with their access badge.

Important Dates:

February 28th: Deadline for early bird

April 29th: Deadline for cancellation (with 50% refund)

June 2nd: Deadline to place your group order online

June 9th: Deadline for sending Excel file with participant details and for name changes

June 24th: Congress beginning!
