IFMA Chain Operators EXchange March 5–7, 2017 JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa 221 N Rampart Boulevard Las Vegas, NV 89145 The IFMA Chain Operators EXchange (COEX)—created by operators, for operators— enables chain operators to take advantage of business building insights and creating personal connections with leading manufacturers. With more than 40 high-profile operators on the planning committee, the program is truly created for operators. New in 2017, the conference will feature a shortened general session program with an expanded breakout series, allowing attendees to craft their own agenda. These breakouts will provide deep dives into topics relevant for all key functional areas: culinary, marketing, supply chain, insights and leadership. In addition to the expanded breakouts, IFMA COEX 2017 will also debut its Battle Royale Chef Competition. A two-night event, the Battle Royale will feature a series of executive chefs from the operator community competing in an Iron-Chef style cooking competition. No other industry event provides as many opportunities to connect. At COEX, IFMA members and operators have numerous ways to network and engage, whether during organized one-on-one meetings, entertaining events or roundtable discussions.
