This speaker series is a public portion of the Inspire Good, Epicure Conference 2015. Epicure is dedicated to inspiring people to cook and eat clean food made with clean ingredients. Dr. Sean Lucan
is committed to debunking nutritional myths and unsubstantiated dietary dogma. A practicing family physician and an NIH-funded investigator, Dr. Lucan has published a textbook on nutrition, another on preventive medicine and public health, and numerous peer-reviewed articles on food-related issues. His research reflects his passion for how our environments influence what we eat, and how obesity and chronic diseases affect our communities.

Sarah Elton Dr. Bharat Aggarwal is the author of the best-selling book Healing Spices. He is also a professor of cancer research in the Department of Experimental Therapeutics at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas. There, his research group has identified more than 50 safe anti-inflammatory agents from dietary sources and traditional medicine usable in cancer therapy. The winner of numerous scientific awards, Dr. Aggarwal is one of the most highly cited scientists in the world.
