MMEC will offer operational management training the second Tuesday of each month. All classes start at 1 p.m. to give you drive time from outside the area. Grab the modules that will give you greater insights into projects and improvements for your business. Sign up for topics and dates that fit now or sign up for each one separately (at least 5 days ahead). The more workshops you choose, the more you save!

Session Fees:
Each session is $75 per person.
Choose 3 or more sessions and receive $10 off per session.
You may also sign up for one session at a time, at least 5 days prior to each event at the $75 per session rate.
Incumbent Worker Training:
Note: You may be eligible for IWT (Incumbent Worker Training) grant money for this training. If your organization is less than 20 employees, in business more than one year and have not used up your IWT funds – you can apply for up to $2000 per employee for training like this. Click link to the IWT program. Larger than 20 employees or in business less than a year? Other training funds may be available through Montana Department of Commerce.
