The recently published CSA Z662-15 mandates how CSA Z245.30-14 is to be used by pipeline companies for field applied coatings. An informative presentation will be provided to address why and how the code content was developed, what it means to operating personnel and give several LDC approaches to compliance. Keith Recsky is a member of the CSA’s Z662 Coatings Technical Sub-Committee and was the chair of the task force that drafted the new CSA 245.30. He will explore these aspects with his enthusiasm and passion for the importance of field applied coatings.
