Customer Attachment Process – Communicate the work completed at a high level, how we work with customers in setting expectations, and how the Alliance Partners plans their work to achieve the goals of the process.
Initiation Phase of projects – Discuss the value of the pre-engineering work that is completed to establish strong project plans. Share the different tactics used, and the overall benefits from investing in this work upfront.
Execution Engagement – Discuss the value of our meeting structure for the field crew – Mobilization meetings, tail gates, weekly construction meetings and closure meetings.
