This session will demonstrate that, if you want to
keep your donors and develop your relationship to its full potential, you have
to do more than say a simple thank you or send a tax receipt – you have to
master the art of effective donor recognition and stewardship.
From giving
circles to donor walls, and from gift agreements to little hand-written notes,
this session will use examples that demonstrate great donor stewardship to show
how to develop a comprehensive stewardship and donor relations program.
