Event summary

Dealing with change is always challenging, especially in the health sector with so much policy and system reform. This course recognises those obstacles to change and gives you practical insight and tools to turn change management into a positive experience full of opportunity for your colleagues, clinics and trusts.

Outline programme 

The morning session will cover essential theory with practical models full of relevant case studies and real life scenarios. In the afternoon you’ll enjoy interactive workshops to put those theories to the test. Particular highlights of the day from our inspirational speaker panel include:
