Bio
Tim Haaf is a registered First Class Power Engineer in the Province of British Columbia. He is currently the Plant Manager of Prince Rupert Generating Station, which is a 2 unit, 46 Mw Gas Turbine, Power Generating Station serving the Prince Rupert Area Load on an emergency standby basis. He is also a Thermal Plant Projects Manager with BC Hydro in its’ Thermal Generation Area Division. 

He is formerly the Operations Manager & Chief Power Engineer of the Burrard Generating Station in Port Moody. Prior to this position, Mr. Haaf has held positions as Chief Power Engineer at both Norampac Papermill in Burnaby, and Imperial Oil Refinery, in Norman Wells. 

He is a member of the Institute of Power Engineers, currently serving as Treasurer of the Vancouver Branch, and has served as Vice President and Social Director for the Institute.
