Speaker bio: Vice-President and Regional Director, Maddox Practice Group of Henry Schein PPT

Description: Dr. Maddox will review the dental practice life cycle of a sole practitioner.  His lecture will cover all the possible transition strategies including issues related to hiring an associate, subleasing, selling all or part of your practice, and entity formation including corporations, and partnerships.  The course will review the legal issue that relate to each transition option. In addition, the course will include information regarding practice valuation.
