Description: As patients’ needs and expectations change, being responsive to that change will help your practice survive. The goal of Terry’s lecture will be to foster an innovative approach to problem solving. He’ll also teach attendees ways to utilize the vast amount of digital resources available for reaching out to new patients and re-connecting with former ones.

This enlightening and entertaining lecture will include the following topics:

1. Building the right team
2. Changing the culture of your workplace
3. Generating new ideas
4. Deciding which ideas to test and implement

Course Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD on or before May 16, 2015. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the first official day of the annual meeting, with the exception of AGD member dentist registrants who have been elevated to delegate or alternate delegate status, will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
