• Review infection control principles pertaining to sterilization and disinfection of patient care items.
• Implement proper steps of instrument processing for patient safety.
• Learn to optimize dental unit waterline quality in accordance with CDC Guidelines.
• Understand technologies and treatments available to achieve recommended water quality level.
• Apply current guidelines and safety regulations in accordance with CDC Guidelines.
