Evaluation of Proposals

All abstracts will be double blind reviewed. Relevance to the themes of the conference, originality and applicability to the conference audience are key considerations in the acceptance of all submissions. The Conference Committee reserves the right to decline any submission without assigning reasons.  All submitters will receive a letter confirming the outcome of their proposal.

Please note:

  • The organising committee reserves the right to accept your proposal under a different category for example accepting paper as a poster.
