Rates and booking options
Booking update: As at 08/09/2015, the 2015 IFP conference is closed to new bookings. To go on the waiting list for places, please email events@financialplanning.org.uk.
The following package options are available:
- All inclusive package
- Conference and dinner package
- Conference day package
- 3+ group bookings
- Spouse/partner rates
International delegates - If you are an FPSB affiliate member please chose the option FPSB affiliate member when booking to receive IFP member rates. If you are not a member of a FPSB affiliate body please select the standard non-member option. If you wish to make a group booking please get in touch to receive a group discount. Contact the events team at events@financialplanning.org.uk
Rates shown are per person and include VAT at 20%. The membership element of new joiner bookings (£99) is VAT exempt.
Discounts will be applied upon booking. All bookings are subject to the IFP's booking terms and conditions.

New joiners - add your first year's IFP membership to this option at a discounted rate of £99 and benefit from member rates. You must complete a member application form to finalise your membership application. Only applicable to first time applicants.
*Accommodation is charged at a flat rate, no discounts will be applied.
3+ group booking options
*Please note that bedrooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis to the Resort Hotel and Manor House Hotel, there is no difference in price.
When booking state their name in the sharer box when prompted on the accommodation booking page, work through your booking & when asked if you wish to 'register any other attendees for this event', select yes and then select the 'spouse/partner rate.'
Spouses/partners may be able to attend the conference evenings but we are unable to confirm this until nearer the conference due to limited availability.
This option is not discounted for groups.
3+ group booking options
Group bookings of 3 or more from the same company are eligible for further discounts, subject to all bookings being made at the same time and with one payment, these can be a mixture of members and non-members as long as minimum of 3.
