The Networking Lounge provides an area for attendees to relax during the show. This lounge will feature comfortable seating and tables along with iPads to access the internet and areas to charge cell phones and other electronics. Sponsor benefits include:

Education Sessions — Innovative Topics | $10,000
The Innovative Topics of the 2015 Education Program will feature nine (9) sessions covering a variety of subjects from harvesting rainwater to hording and how it affects code officials and inspectors. As a sponsor of the Traditional topics, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Sponsor’s logo will appear on the welcome power point slide for all Technical Sessions

Queen Mary / California State University Building Tour | $6,000
Begin the day with a tour of the historic Queen Mary where you will learn about various projects including restoration, rehabilitation, ADA related compliance measures and the application of historic preservation standards. After lunch aboard the Queen Mary, participants will take an exciting and informative tour of California State University. This 322-acre campus is designed to encourage student involvement and success with its master planned architecture, landscape and environmental sculptures. Disney / ARTIC Building Tour | $6,000
Participants will begin the day by touring several select locations at Disneyland Park in Anaheim. These include on-stage and backstage locations with architects and engineers who design and maintain the facilities at the Disneyland Resort. The tour will continue at the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) in Anaheim. This iconic facility represents the Orange County transportation gateway to the future with the achievement of the sustainable goal of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Platinum certification. ICC eNews — Special Conference Edition | $1,500 (Limit of 3)
This special edition of eNews will feature highlights from the 2015 Annual Conference and Building Safety & Design Expo. It will be published Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, September 28 through September 30, 2015 and sent to over 190,000 potential readers. Sponsors will have a banner ad featured in each issue.

Pocket Schedule | $3,500 – SOLD
As a sponsor of the Pocket Schedule, your logo will be featured on the cover of this popular and highly used guide. The Pocket Schedule is found inside the conference program as a tear out.

Attendee Credential Confirmation | $3,000 – SOLD
Two weeks prior to the conference, a confirmation email will be sent out with important information about the conference and the registration process. As a sponsor, your name and logo will appear on this email.

Web Cast Advertisement | $1,000
As a service for those who cannot attend the Annual Conference or the Public Comment Hearings, ICC provides a webcast of the Public Comment Hearings. As an advertiser of the Web Cast, your ad will appear, in rotation with other advertisers, on the Web Cast page found on the ICC website.

Directional Signage
Gain exposure from attendees as you guide them around the Long Beach Convention Center. As a sponsor, your company logo and ULR, or Booth Number, will be displayed on the signs. (15 or more directional signs used)

Education Pavilions | $5,000 (Limit 3) – SOLD
New for 2015, the Building Safety & Design Expo will feature three (3) Education Pavilions offering training on various subjects related to building design, safety and innovation. As a Pavilion Sponsor, you will receive the following benefits:
  • Sponsor will have naming rights to an Education Pavilion
  • Sponsors logo will appear on the pavilion
  • Sponsor will receive one session time slot for Monday, September 28
  • Complimentary 10’x10’ booth space at the Building Safety & Design Expo (excludes decorator fees)

President’s Welcome Reception | $6,000 (Limit 4) – 2 AVAILABLE
Sponsors of the President’s Reception will stand out from their competition by having most all of the attendees stopping by their booth. As a sponsor of this event, your booth space will include a beverage station during the Sunday night reception. Sponsors will have the choice to sponsor either a beer or wine bar (2 of each available). Water and Soda will be available at all beverage stations. Sponsorship Includes:
  • Complimentary 10’x20’ booth space. (Space includes carpet but excludes other decorator fees)
  • Beverage stations will be setup in 10’ of your booth space on Sunday, September 27 and One (1) Standard Round Table and two (2) standard chairs will be available for your booth space on Monday, September 28. These items are provided at no additional charge.

Floor Graphics | $250 – SOLD
Sure to catch the eyes of all the attendees walking the floor and drawing them to your booth, these custom printed decals will be placed at the expo entrance or aisles. Floor graphics will be 4’ x 4’ in size.

Aisle Signs | $1,500 – SOLD
Increase your exposure during the show by sponsoring the Aisle Signs. Six (6) hanging aisle signs (one per aisle) will include your company logo, and a message to “Visit us at booth #____”. (Message will appear at the bottom of the sign)

Prize Draw Cards | $500 (Limited) – 5 SOLD
Drive traffic to your booth by sponsoring the Prize Draw Card. As a sponsor, attendees will need to visit each sponsors to be eligible for the prize drawing. Prize drawings will take place on Sunday and Monday.

E-Mail Banner Advertising | $500
The majority of correspondence related to the Building Safety and Design Expo is sent via E-Mail. Be sure your company stands out by having a banner ad included in all promotional emails sent out by ICC related to the expo and FREE admission for Monday, September 28, 2015.
