Registration Fees


The registration fees for the IAU 2017 International Conference are listed in the first table below (green). The fees for the combined package of the Global meeting of Associations and the IAU 2017 International Conference are available in the second table (red).

Online registration closes on 8 October 2017 (Paris time). However, on-site registration in Accra will be possible (please refer to on-site rates). Only participants registered online will receive preprinted badges and be included in the participants list distributed on site.

Payments of early bird registrations must be received by IAU no later than 15 August. After this date unpaid early bird registrations will be shifted to the full rate.

Cancellation policy:
In case you are not able to attend, please note that requests for reimbursement must be sent to IAU by 15 September 2017 at the latest (€ 50.00 will be retained to cover administration costs). No reimbursement will be made after this date. Thank you for your understanding.
